If King David can use his Sling to defeat his enemy, so can I.
When David (the Light) was faced against the Giant (the Darkness) symbolic of today’s worldly blocks & hurdles, David knew (from within) that the power needed to take down this negative force would not come from his own strengths or works. If the Big, Ugly, seemingly powerful, Large Mass of a Man was to be defeated, David knew it would only happen via a Higher Power. So, David used what he had (the SLING) as he ran by the waters to find 5 smooth stones (symbolic of his truths within). He then hurdled a stone into the air, as he asked POWER to guide it correctly, and carry it on the wings of the wind, to take down the large, negative force that came against the very thing which was established by the Creator himself. And so, by the Power/Light the beastly, worldly giant was taken down, made powerless; never to rise again. No more fear! Do it!
